Alma is a creative director, EP and artist advocate who founded Studio Rider as a means to devise meaningful creative collaborations rooted in impact. For nearly twenty years, she has mentored interns and executives alike, collaborated with emerging artists and top-tier celebrities and developed programs for Fortune 500 companies. Applying a never-ending curiosity for craft and creative potential, her work propels her almost as much as her young son, Oscar.

ANTHONY DEMBY music & culture curator
For over 25 years, Anthony has worn many hats within the entertainment industry, from A&R and artist manager, to musical supervisor and curator. His may be best known for his intent focus on Music Curation, Cultural Programming, and Social Impact, creating special projects, dynamic experiences and telling compelling stories meant to inspire and people.

BRANDON EPPERSON lighting designer
As a classically trained performer across a variety of mediums, Brandon brings his deep understanding of the stage to his lighting design, creating visually driven experiences that are rooted in experience. His time on all sides of the stage informs a deeply technical-meets-creative approach, positioning him as a true artisan in his field.

GINNY SUSS cultural producer
Ginny is a producer, content creator, and curator whose experience spans across a variety of movements that have left their indelible mark on our cultural landscape today. From tour managing The Roots to acting as founder of the media icon Okayplayer, her credits also include producer of the inaugural Women’s March and founder of the Resistance Revival Chorus. Ginny is truly driven to inspire people for impact.

JUSTIN BRIDGES creative strategist
Justin began his professional journey as an equity trader at Goldman Sachs before switching gears to become a successful fashion and portraiture photographer. Constantly seeking his next challenge, he provides passionate concept and business consulting for partners across the creative sector.

RON BEACH JR. design director
Ron’s unique design perspective is rooted in his fine art, carpentry and production design backgrounds. Marrying aesthetic design with deep emotion, his passion for storytelling within environments translates across both physical installation and film experiences.
